【林業経済学会投稿規程】

第1条 学会誌への投稿は，林業経済学会の正会員に限る。ただし，理事会あるいは編集委員会からの依頼原稿についてはこの限りではない。また，筆頭者以外の共同執筆者に非会員を含むことは差し支えない。
第2条 原稿は，論文，短報，その他とし，論文と短報については未発表のものに限る。論文とは，独創性のある理論的または実証的な研究で，方法が明確なもの，または，客観的な資料・考察に基づいて広い視点から論じたもの，研究動向を整理し，著者による論評や展望を加えたものをいう。短報とは，一連の研究の中間報告，公表の緊急性が高いデータや結果の提示，予察的な仮説の提示，調査報告など，研究記録にとどめておく価値のあるものをいう。その他とは，論文と短報に該当しないものをいう。
第3条 原稿は，編集委員会の定める『林業経済研究』執筆要領（英文の場合はWriting Manuscripts）に従って作成しなければならない。
第4条 原稿は，別に定める林業経済学会原稿審査規程に従い，審査を受ける。
第5条 学会誌への原稿の掲載は，原則として受理年月日順に行う。
第6条
（１）学会誌に掲載した原稿の著作権は林業経済学会に帰属する。
（２）林業経済学会（以下、「甲」とする）は、論文等の個別の著者および共著者（以下、「乙」とする）に対し、甲が著作権を有する著作物『林業経済研究』のうち、乙の執筆になる論文等を、以下の態様で利用すること（乙自身による利用、乙の所属する機関、ないし当該論文等の執筆にかかわる研究助成を行った団体による利用であって、かつ非営利の学術的目的の利用に限る。）を許諾する。
①複製
②自動公衆送信その他の公衆送信（技術等の進歩により将来生じうる送信態様を含む）
ただし、上記規定にかかわらず、甲は著作権を放棄するものではなく、したがって、甲自身による自動公衆送信その他の公衆送信（技術等の進歩により将来生じうる送信態様を含む）を妨げない。
第7条 原稿は，返却しない。
第8条 原稿の執筆者は，最低50部の別刷りを理事会が定めた価格で購入する。なお，トレースおよび超過頁分は実費とする。
第9条 この規程の改正は編集委員会の提案にもとづいて評議員会が行う。

Instructions for Contributors

1. Contributors to Journal of Forest Economics are required to hold regular or student membership of the Japanese Forest Economic Society. This requirement exempted in case of invited papers. In case of joint work, the first author should hold the membership.
2. Manuscripts are limited to three types: original articles, short communications and commissioned manuscripts. Original articles and short communications must be unpublished.
3. Papers must be prepared according to the “Writing Manuscripts”.
4. The editorial board will judge manuscripts on the bases of “Regulation for Manuscripts Judgment”.
5. The paper will be published mainly on a first accepted, first printed basis.
6. (1) All the copyright of the manuscripts in the journal is reserved by the Japanese Forest Economic Society (JFES).
(2) JFES assents to the use of a manuscript, whether individually or jointly written, in the following situations provided it is for non-commercial use on behalf of the author(s), their affiliated organizations, or a group that supported the research:
①reprints
②public transmission or interactive transmission (including future public transmissions made possible due to advances in technology)
However, in case of the above, JFES retains the copyright and the right to public transmission or interactive transmission (including future public transmissions made possible due to advances in technology).
7. Submitted manuscripts will not be returned.
8. Authors are required to purchase at least 50 reprints of articles at the price fixed by the executive committee. Tracing or additional pages are subject to additional charges.
9. The council of Forest Economic Society can amend this instruction based on the proposal of editorial board.
